Where can I get longer tow shackle D-rings locally? (Like Pictured - my recovery points are too deep inside my bumper for a regular sized D-ring)

Refer my post in Tools. Sears stores don't stock parts locally anymore you have to call to Edmonton and get it send to you.

If the unit is old, just replace it especially when MyQ models are ~200 each.

PVC tub, plastic wrap, space heater.. and a heated garage..

Oh course fire extinguisher just in case.

Try searching the the wheels coating thread.. Rainbow is one in Coquitlam behind KMS but I think that is a guy's side job.

If I were to get someone done locally here, any recommendations?

The plan now is basically sandblast the old coat off myself and then bring it to someone to have it powdercoated again.

Either way always lay down a piece of thick piece of rag over stress pieces. If it does fail, it just pop onto the ground.

Hey y'all, I'm in town for a bit and have quite a bit of RMB To convert into CAD. Is VCBE the best choice for this or should I look into other options. Also if my Chinese bank has a local branch in Vancouver, will i get charged a ton of conversion and other fees if I withdraw from it?

Cheers folks and happy new year! (MG1 and any of the old Burnaby crew, if y'all want to get food - I leave Thursday morning

I need a peice of pipe or somthing similar in strength for a rod inside my closet to hang clothes etc.

It needs to be at least 107" long, I can cut anything longer myself to fit

Any suggestions? I would assume some gas lines etc would be fairly pricey as it just need to be any peice of pipe from 1/2" to 1" really

EMT or rigid metal conduit might work for what you're trying, with the latter having better tensile strength.

Don't get a yellow top they turned to crap years ago. Optima was sold to Johnson Controls and they started using recycled copper. They will not hold a a charge for more than 4 or 5 days.

Bah, crap Optima battery.. - REVscene Automotive Forum

Looking for Ultra Pro sleeves for cards, size 64mm x 89mm. I've seen it at some board games shops for like $6/100. Wondering if there's anywhere cheaper. Doesn't have to be name brand if it's a good price.

I'd look for some 1" plumbing pipe. 107" is pretty long, and if your closet looks anything close to how packed mine is, I don't think conduit would work. HD would have it, may not have the length you need just adapt two shorter pieces. A curtain lady told me about this. Cheapest rods for long distances available. lol
