Anyone know of a good place to buy wooden beads? Exotic or hardwoods, like teak, rosewood, khaya, zebra wood, purple heart, sitka, etc. Looking to make my own prayer beads.......... being Buddhist and all. I don't like the ready made ones that are available.

coworker looked for awhile because of her kids and she said what she found at the local shops were either really expensive or cheap chinese made crap. she ended up ordering them from amazon instead:

I'd be surprised if the Scoop N Save in Langley didn't have it. When my wife was into baking she'd go there frequently, I was amazed how much baking shit they had in there probably worth calling if you're stuck.

I'm probably stating the obvious but....
I always come across these types of places during random walks/visits to Granville Island and/or Lonsdale Quay. They're bead/diy jewelry places (duh lol) and should sell different types on beads. I just never pay attention to what these places are called, sorry.
Back in the early 2000s I used to go to a shop on Granville St. and Robson ish (Entertainment disctrict) that specialized on this type of thing. We would go to make rave bracelets and necklackes ahaha shit.
EDIT: A quick Google search yielded KIMDOLY BEADS and BEADWORKS both located at Granville Island
Anyone know where I can get a Donut Cusion? Cushion with a hole in the middle.
