Yeah thanks. After 30 years in the biz I've owned or used every saw. But this is a Bosch 18v compact recipricator. Its not stocked everywhere, so hence my post. The way retail works these days is that stores only stock the basic stuff, and force you to order the rest.
when i asked an old foreman at my last job what that was called, he called it his schnitzeller .... b/c he schnitzells stuff with it (he meant cuts stuff)
I grew up calling it a "saw-saw" because of my dad's pronunciation... close enough!
Only the last couple years i found out it was trademarked "Sawzall" and actually called a reciprocating saw haha.

I’ve always called it a reciprocating saw. Only when I started getting into Milwaukee stuff did I hear “Sawzall”. What do they call jigsaws nowadays? Or circular saws? I hear many people using the term, “Skilsaw”.
Like Scotch tape, bondo, crazy glue, etc. Brand power, I guess. Plus, depends how old you are and where you come from.

I realize you probably want to stay Bosch for a reason, but Milwaukee has their "hackzall" , which is an almost identical version. Stocked at KMS, $109.
Hazelnut milk. Any ideas on where to pick some up? Haven't seen it in any of the major chain stores, nor have I in Whole Foods or Natures Fare. Suggestions?

Milwaukee is cheaper, for a reason.
Anyways, Amazon it is. Free shipping, tuesday delivery.

Make your own, or buy it from the US. If you were in town, I'd pick you up some, since I'm off to Bellingham tomorrow.
So as mentioned i ordered my saw last night, during dinner. It arrived before noon this morning. How the hell do they do that?
Spies, putting bugs in your house, car, etc so that they already knew you wanted one and had it ready for when you finally ordered it. It's the only explanation.

Yup, most of their stuff is already at the warehouse locally.
My son ordered a fancy gaming keyboard. Shipping was expected in five days since weekend. The freaking thing arrived in one day, LOL.
Amazon does it right. This is why places like Sears are going tits up. Canada Post is stepping it up, too. None of this lagging behind the times. You want to stay in business, you gotta hit the road running.

Amazing how far Canada Post has come after being in what looked like its death throes only a couple of years ago. I wonder if Harper was underfunding CP and and Trudeau injected much needed funding. I really hope it doesn't get privatized, look at the shitshow when the British post office got privatized (e.g. Yodel).
Any stores I can go to that stock parts for shower faucets? I'm looking for a pressure balancer. I can only find cartridges at home depot.
Call or check out Lowes, if you want to stick with big box store. Or else you can try places like Emco.

I'd go or call Emco or Hillcrest Plumbing and not waste time at places like Home Depot, Rona, or Lowes.
Speaking of Home Depot, the location on Henning Drive sucks monkey balls. One thing they have going for them is consistency. Consistently disappoint............ always out of stuff you need. Like who the hell does their inventory? I stopped going there for fasteners, because you can be sure they don't have the right size bolts, screws, washers, etc. I just go across the street to Dick's Lumber. They always have what I'm looking for. The only reason I go to Home Depot is to get power tools via price match plus 10% off.
