Surprisingly hard to locate. Only Lee Valley has them but can't get out to them with their operating hours.. and they show "low availability"

They have them on sale at Costco. It's a 4 week sale. On until the 28th, I believe.

BTW, I wasn't there. I just called to see if they had 'em in stock. I'm taking punkwax's advice and staying home. Visit wife at cemetery, then go directly to jail (home) - do not pass go. I'm going to make some 7 layer dip and sit in front of the tube to watch Matlock reruns. Maybe play some 50's and 60's tunes, then watch the Cannots lose.............. probably fall asleep watching the game. I think I've built up enough immunity from going to casinos every day for years and going to the US weekly for shits and giggles.
