Anyone know of any reputable mobile tire mounting/balancing? I have 4 sets I need mounted but I threw out my back so I'd rather have someone come to me instead of bringing them in.

I think they're called Roadrunner? https://www.roadrunnersdialatire.com/

I used them in the past, generally pretty solid.

Sump question:

Discovered a sump that has been buried in my parents yard for over 40 years and we now need to bring it up to grade by 2ft.

The sump is precast concrete tongue/groove and so far the only place that has this one specific style is a concrete place out in Vancouver. Is there anywhere around here I could opt out for composite or a similar material? Something a little easier to handle than multiple giant rings of concrete weighing hundreds of pounds?

You can buy smaller rings that don’t weigh so much and just keep adding them until you’re high enough. They are made out of concrete because of shifting soils, backfill etc. anything else would likely crush them. Personally I’d just keep using the concrete rings, it’s probably cheaper than any alternative you’d find as well

Anybody got reccos of where to get small quantities of clear vinyl wrap or PPF in the Coquitlam/tri-cities area? Got a trunk mount bike rack and want a film to protect the paint on the mounting points.

Where has a decent selection of colours of spray paint? I want to paint some wheels but Rona/HD/CT don't have a lot of selection online.

Bought a used tow hitch that didn't come with the mounting bolts. Where can I find the proper strength bolts for install?

Need cl10.9 rated m12x1.12 bolts and 1/2" conical toothed washer.

How about a place that sells and/or installs hitches? Burnaby Hitch, E&H Hitch Shop, Rack Attack, U-Haul, RV places, etc..........

I ended up asking Rack Attack and they were able to get the exact rated bolts and locking washers and gave it to me for free to boot. Great service from them.

RA is awesome, I bought a used set of roof racks and snowboard mounts from CL before and it didn't have the bolts required to connect each other. They just went to their back and grabbed me the appropriate nuts and bolts and gave them to me free as well.

if you have any friends/relatives that can show, you could probably do something simple yourself.

there used to be 1 or 2 shops on victoria that sold a qai po (chinese dress) and the equivalent for men, they may offer them.

i can't recall where along victoria as it's been SOOOOO long
i think somewhere between 33rd and 54th and the west side of victoria.

likewise you could always give bello wedding world a call and see if that's something they sell

Also, a lot of the traditional Chinese wedding clothing stores in Chinatown sell them. (there's a few that are near New Town Bakery) That's where we got ours.

Potentially, it's a great investment for pillow ... $5-10 should yield you hundreds if not thousands.
