Bicycle Sports Pacific in DT, ive seen similar ones, not sure about exact ones. Probably a good chance as they have a whole bunch of bike accesories. Bike doctor on w.broadway might have them too.

There should be 2 shops in Crystal mall that carry those.
Both are upstairs. No idea how much they are though.

One of the stores is outside the HotPot Place, the other is somewhere else I forget.

Also if you order it from ebay I just checked and it's around $6.98 plus free shipping from a Top Rated Seller. If you order now it will get here before Halloween.
