There is a stitching place in Richmond Centre and I think there is one in Lansdowne by Zellers as well. Don't know how much they charge though.
You should ask the place that you are getting the shirts from if they can do the embroidery. That way everything is done in one place.

My mother ran a kennel in Ontario, and these big dogs have no problems with far worse weather than here. As long as they have some shelter from the elements, its all good. Dogs were meant to be outside, especially a German Shepherd. Keep the tiny lap dogs inside, yet these big dogs should have no issue with Vancouver's mild weather.
