sonick 02-16-2012 08:52 AM

Like he says. Go to Future Shop/London Drugs/Electronics store and see what they have for universal remotes

sonick 02-16-2012 09:34 AM

Radioshack has 30% off sale soon on Harmony Remotes, the 650 is a good deal with the discount.

I was just reading about that right after I posted. Sensitive topic in that industry indeed.

I find the blue ones are better constructed and always thought they were Bluwood, not wood painted blue. I figured there's a few guys on here that work in warehouses or supply companies that might just have some kicking around.

Maybe I should just be asking for quality constructed pallets (40"x48") that look like this:

i have shit tons of those, PM me if u want pictures.
take em... take em all for all i care.

but i believe they are longer palletes. i can get the measurement for you if you are interested

check out Samsung.ca online. See if they have any service or parts centre locally, then contact them.

^there's one in Richmond on Bridgeport, near the Brick, as well. You could also try Izumi-Ya on Alderbridge & 3 road.

where can I buy a replacement handle for my floor jack?

I need to swap tires and lost the floor jack handle in a move.

fliptuner 02-18-2012 03:39 PM

You can try KMS but it might be a longshot. What type of jack is it? Got a pic?

suzuka84 02-18-2012 03:49 PM

typical 1.5 ton trolley jack and canadian tire edition but they don't sell just the handle.

hindsight now tells me I should have bought the costco version

fliptuner 02-18-2012 04:04 PM

Let me check my shed after the game, I might have one. Otherwise, just use the tire iron in your car and a pair of pliers to lock/release the hydraulics.

Lordco or Canadian Tire might have em, they have all sorts of random automotive fasteners on one of those spinny racks.

If your handy, go to home depo, buy a aluminum tube that will fit over your jack handle, then notch one side of the tube for tab the lows / raises the jack.

If you want something more stable then just sliding it over, you can drill though the tube, and end of existing handle and put a codder pin through thats easily removable :)
