Metal Mart or Metal Supermarket.
I don't think there is a Metal Mart this side of the Port Mann, but there is a Metal Supermarket on Still Creek, by Lordco warehouse in Burnaby. Really nice guys.

Edit: Someone answered on FB Was looking on where to get hubcentric rings.. thank god they're cheap 1 is missing on my new rims!
