could have sent those cars to automotive schools to teach apprentices etc. what a absolute waste of money and potential.

i didn't read the description..but why is the program funded by california? stolen cali cars ended up in ontario?

ah i see..i thought it was in canada as i remember reading about new laws in ontario curbing street racing.
