What air tool or power tool can I use to sand rims for painting

I've recently re-painted my rims. it took me a good 2 hours to hand sand each rim...Just wondering if you guys know any power tool that can be use if i were to do it again. Can I use dremel tools? I do have a orbit sander but it's too big.

U-blast in Langley. $55/hr I think, and you can sandblast 4 rims in about an hour.

Soooooooooooooo much easier than sanding or chemicals, especially for rims with lots of spokes/rivets.
