How does this work? I just take over the lease from you, with the only additional cost of it being the transfer papers?
Can I just buy it straight out when I transfer the lease for 20k?

Right now the car is still owned by the dealership, they are just 'renting' it out to you.

My girlfriend and I have decided to move forward and we are buying a house end of this year. need money for down payment , I have babied this STI since the first day I own it , I would be loved if I can keep it but I cannot afford a mortgage and a STI , kinda sad to have it let go

Talk about pushing buyer's to the more expensive model if all you wanted were factory HIDs! It's just like mitsubishi's tactics! Someone should buy this car as a protest to the 2011's!
