steering wheel slightly vibrate 90km/h

my steering wheel slightly vibrate on 90km/h and above. does that mean I need to do alignment? I just upgraded from 215/60/16 to 225/50/17.

If needs alignment, any good place to recommend?

I read somewhere here that if it vibrates, it needs wheel balancing. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Were the wheels balanced? One of the rims might have thrown a weight.

not sure if bj autohaus still have that mounting/balancing deal?
they're an RS sponsor.

likely that if you didn't have the problem before the change in tires, then it's just an unbalanced wheel.
or
changing the wheels, are they centered properly?

from what I recall yesterday, between 90- 110 km/h the vibration feels the same. does that mean I need balancing?

I have that same problem with my Mazda3, but it was when I was breaking at that speed. I think it was because of warped rotors.

Most likely tire balance but could be a number of other issues (wheel bearings, tie rods, ball joints, alignment). So best to have your car looked at. Should check the wheel balance first though.
