this is best watched on youtube instead of here with the translation on so you can read the comments... i saw this on a skyline forum. they were doing a shakedown run on a r32 gtr drag car and there was some sort of fuel leak that eventually ignited inside the car. at one point there was an electrical short and the starter engaged while still in gear (sequential gearbox) before the driver's dad caught up to the now ghostriding car and pulled the e brake. car was saved. driver was a little cooked but okay.

in reference to the motor trend 240ss video posted above: i don't know if you are all aware of this but carlos lago has his own personal youtube channel and he goes into much more detail (the last video he posted dated dec 9 was over an hour long)about the build and is answering your questions in the comments section.
