nissan 2005 xterra lift / spacers

anyone with knowledge to do a simple body lift and spacers for a 2005 nissan xterra ?
and where i can get these parts, either online or local.

I bought the 2" coil spacer and shackle kit from PRG Products (prgproducts.com) and cost about $300. A friend of mine helped me install in a few hours.
