My fiancee was t-boned at an intersection early this morning. Long story short,
the other driver was at fault, my fiancee is banged up pretty bad. I want to find a good lawyer that will help her get everything she deserves and that ICBC wont screw her around.
Thanks.

Stayaway from those injury lawyers that advertise on tv,they are not that good,if they were as good as they say they are, they would not need to advertise with commercials.

(disclaimer: not legal advice) If you want to know what you should be looking for in a PI lawyer, PM me. You don't need to rush in to retaining a lawyer if the accident just happened.
Doesn't matter, as long as you retain one. The offer will change anyways once you get a lawyer.
With that said, if ICBC offers you a settlement you're happy with, no point getting a lawyer though.
yeah...hmm last question if its just soft tissue injury can you get more than 5 grand with a lawyer? because what I heared from them in my last car accident is soft tissue is maximum 5 g's.. does someone know the answer to this?
