wow got trolled by grouse... they said it'd be open by may 28th (today) 2 days ago.. went today to notice that they were still closed for maintenance!

As for as the notices i've read, it said Grouse was closed from 17th-28th. So tomorrow it should be open.

They changed on us last minute. They won't re-open till next weekend. I didn't get the memo and ended up looking like a jackass today with full on gear and a snowboard. Fuuuuuuuuuuu........

Yep that was me too... i was with 2 other guys and being the one who said let's go, I felt kind of like an ass since i didn't even drive :(

How much longer is grouse open? I was driving today and could still see what looked like a lot of snow left. I tried navigating the site, but couldn't find a calendar or anything.

haha good idea wearing the jersey! watch out though, from my experience, groomed snow tends to turn white into yellow and i learned the hard way with an expensive white bomber :(

i'm planning to get the first run in around 10am. i'll most likely be doing the cut all day with the newbs so i'll keep an eye out for ya!

Was up there on sunday, got a wicked sunburn but had a blast! Wicked soft slow snow, gettin patchy in some spots, park was stuuuupid busy too. All in all had a wicked day, plan to hit it up next weekend too!
Gouged my new Skatebanana tho :( so not too stoked on that! watch for rocks folks :)

Only the cut and the park were opened. Most parts that had patches were blocked off, and if it wasn't, it was easy to spot. I was there both days and had a blast! Btw, I was trying to look for you tegz, but had no luck. Gonna try to hit Grouse atleast once more this coming Saturday morning. Anyone else going? Let me know!! I wanna test out my new Skate banana setup!!! :D
