ya, there were almost no boards for sale, that was the big thing that kept me hyped for it. standing in line and only see people leaving with purchased clothing or nothing at all got me a little skeptical. when they let me through, there wasn't much of a selection left.

I never need any hardgoods, I'm always a fan of that search for the right soft goods. Its been a while since I've excersized my options for clothes since clothes are clothes and I am a huge purveyor of non-trendy stuff. In any case, the accessories there would make for good xmas gifts so why not?
As an aside, the weather is going to be hella promising this weekend. Its a shame that I won't be able to partake, we JUST got our puppy and its going to be quite the handful till he's house broken Posted via RS Mobile |

You're only bet is to buy the gold card, its the new name for the ski card that gives you one free ticket and discounts everyother time you go play.
As for the slowest days? Tuesdays through thursdays. Before noon.
Fridays and mondays are for those playing hookie fromn work, which I might do tomorrow.
But its going to be a shit show after xmas when people get their new gear and the mountains open up for night riding, while it won't be as bad as weekends you're still goping to wait to play Posted via RS Mobile |

is that the same as the card I bought through Bell last year? Sounds like it but just with a name change. Quote:

I'm not entirely sure? If it says "gold card" on yours then its current for this year. Otherwise its something like 70 bucks and gives you discounted (55 bucks or so) tickets on the hill. Check out the cypress website for further details. Posted via RS Mobile |

Well, it's a good thing i didn't ride at all the last week.
other than our new puppy, the weather has been utter disgusting.
If there is new snow, it's really like riding on mashed potato's
I may go up just to play around this weekend, since the gf is doing her patrol training up seymour

What's wrong with Rome?
I dunno shit about brands, but I got Rome boots and they are awesome. Took me forever to find one that doesn't make my heel slip, but the Rome's fit nice.

Ouch bro!
I haven't done much I the way of cuts from rails or boxes, but I sure have taken my fair share of lumps from them.
Polysporin and lots and lots of bandage changes, believe me or not, but if you have a sister or still live with your momma go use panty liners, shits designed to absorb blood and it will make your bandage removal so much easier.
Laugh and giggle all you want, but that stuff is the shit Posted via RS Mobile |

Since we are talking about injuries. On Friday I shoulder checked a rock because of an unmarked ditch with hardly any snow was on the side of the run. I'll probably be out of commission for atleast a week if not longer. This shit hurts. Posted via RS Mobile |
