Are you looking for an insulator as well?

Thanks guy I'll give them a try... an insulator? I would but it seems like I'll run out of cash, so I'm going to do it myself. I'll see how things go..Any idea what an insulator costs??

Catalin, I pm'd you.

Insulation isn't REALLY easy; I've been in brand new homes with mold problems, because the insulation isn't done properly.

It's not just the insulation that's done incorrectly if there's mold problems. Could be an air/vapour barrier issue also.

^Incorrect insulation has the potential to cause mold problems, but improperly or poorly installed vapor barrier is the most common source of mold problems in new buildings. I was actually referring to vapor barrier in my above post, but insulators install vapor barrier and its a part of the same inspection, so I just referred to insulation.
