Thanks guy I'll give them a try... an insulator? I would but it seems like I'll run out of cash, so I'm going to do it myself. I'll see how things go..Any idea what an insulator costs??
^Incorrect insulation has the potential to cause mold problems, but improperly or poorly installed vapor barrier is the most common source of mold problems in new buildings. I was actually referring to vapor barrier in my above post, but insulators install vapor barrier and its a part of the same inspection, so I just referred to insulation.
