Was wondering if anyone knew if the Motorola Droid 2 or the Droid 2 global will be coming out anytime soon for any of the Canadian carriers? Don't want to go down to the states if it's going to be coming out here soon.

does not look like it's coming to canada anytime soon. i've spoken and googled and there is nothing so dont expect much

Considering switching to this from the iphone 4, just want a keyboard and looking at this and the desire z,
The global seems to run on the same bands as the desire z and then some and even has a sharper screen. Definitely more attractive body

Besides the slower 3g data speed I can't see why to choose the desire Z over it

Any other suggestions for keyboard smartphone with decent battery life, screen, camera, and OS?

Hmm looking at the G2 but that hinge is a bit of a turn off
