which routes should I take?

I want the one with the least stupid drivers, hills, and traffic.

I live on renfrew and 1st in Vancouver...

Not really racist! 11-19-2010 11:34 PM

I pray that the roads are being cleared as we speak...

jeffwilliams17 11-19-2010 11:35 PM

^lol just went for a drive to try out the new winter tires. About 5cm's in newton. No problems as long as u take it slow and leave room. But u could see who didn't have snow tires on. Ppl stuck everywhere!

I've already seen multiple plow trucks.

I'll be doing my part in the morning, by means of my front bumpers.

jeffwilliams17 11-19-2010 11:36 PM

Saw a couple plows out. Looked like they were just putting down salt and sand. I was plowing the road pretty good.. Need to take the front lip off.Posted via RS Mobile

When I was up there it was around 5cm, but it was still coming down fast, took about 2 minutes to cover any foot prints left. about 35 mins up there and my car was covered with about an inch of snow.

Psykopathik 11-19-2010 11:38 PM

yeah, i sure am endangering a lot of people on an isolated inner street with zero traffic.

zero_one 11-19-2010 11:44 PM

if your going from surrey to vancouver, you'll be fine going DOWN the 91 no problem, once you hit knight/oak street... Inno, your on your own, just avoid as much hills as possible.

Good plan tofu! I spent about 20 minutes clearing snow off the car. Could save a lot of time using a torch
Just took the fire extinguisher out of the car today too. N put rear seats back in for weight

u are cool now...

inner streets might have parked cars and also there might be ppl walking out onto the street. If u want to do stupid shit keep it to yourself and dont post it to tell ppl how cool u think u are in your civic.

MindBomber 11-19-2010 11:49 PM

I was thinking about throwing a couples rims in my trunk, will the weight make much difference on a civic?

tofu1413 11-19-2010 11:51 PM

well, my old civic wagon kinda ran ontop of the snow. :p

Bonka 11-19-2010 11:51 PM

A lot of people with rims still on stuck on Boundary. That's no good.
