supposed to be cloudy/sunny/snowy throughout the day

because that snow storm is coupled with a wind storm and the wind is sending some cloud trails of snow @ us (according to the news this morning)

do people forget their basic driving skills when there's snow on the ground?

saw some poor ped almost get smoked by a right turner...and she was walking across from the left side too..

Sometimes I am torn by this. Do you rather these people drive at 40km/h and then rear ending you? Or do you rather get to your destination late than never? People will always drive even if they have all season tires. Can't prevent that at all.

Is fine if you stay on the right lane BUT you have ppl driving all seaons on the left lane goint 15/Hr. Like come on go on the right side! Let the ppl who have snow tires drive on the faster lane.........
