There's a fucking cunt of a house owner that lives on the corner lot on my street. He doesn't plow any of his sidewalk except for the one single square that his wife uses to get in and out of the house to her car. It's like walking on an ice rink, so I got tired of it and called the city on them today. They're going to pay him a visit tomorrow. Hope that motherfucker gets fined because I almost fell walking my dog.
Sounds about right. Doesn't care about anyone else except himself. Thank god most people are responsible. At least in my neighbourhood.
The ironic part is that household has a good 5-7 adults living in it. They have 5 cars (3 parked on the street and 2 in the car park) and are obviously more than capable of plowing the snow but they just choose not to.
FYI - If any of you live in Burnaby and notice the same thing going on in your neighbourhood then call Burnaby's engineering department at 604-294-7460. I think they're closed now, so you can do what I did and call the emergency line at 604-294-7200. They'll take down all your information (your name, number, location of offender) and have someone sent out the following day.

Just arrived at Metrotown from Market Crossing. Snowing and sticking along Gilley, Rumble to Royal Oak and Imperial. Lots of douchebag driving by assholes in trucks.

Very nice Mercedes stuck on Boundary. Police have the southbound traffic detoured. I'm going Northbound and see how hopeless things looked. I got out the handy tow rope and pulled the car out. Ridgeline to the rescue! Lol. Driver had no idea that the car had provisions for a tow hook. He got it out, screwed it in and he was on his way. Had no idea where the cop went. He wasn't in the car or visible anywhere. Apparently, the Mercedes was stuck there for an hour. Didn't look like he had snow tires on. Ambulances going down Kingsway. It was nuts.
