Its not like I could help him in anyway. His car isnt prepared for the snow. He wasn't going to go anywhere the way his tires were spinning.. Safer for him to park their car on the side and wait until the roads are clear.

Just came back from Langley on Hwy 1 .. hardest area is Tri-city area, coming down hard. Driving was like going warp drive with the snow flying by. Once you're past that, everything is not bad but if this keeps up till tomorrow ... look out!

Yup - didn't make it into the city today. traffic southbound shut down at Ancell Place and there was also a semi jack-knifed between Brittania and Murin Lake. I just turned around and came home. Highway is slick, the slush froze a little.

It wasn't TOO bad after we got through all the messes. Semi was still stuck. Someone must have rolled their pickup a few times near lions bay though. It looked like the kind of accident someone doesn't walk away from.
