washroom renovation + flooring rebuild

Hello

need some suggestions regarding rebuilding the washroom, as today while the contractor was digging up the hallway flooring foundation he noticed the base for the washroom as well as the laundry room is rotten out. Therefore the washroom pretty much needs a brand new make over.

Any suggestion? for a reasonable company/contractor to do this job thats reliable, honest and reasonable in terms of price?

help will be much appreciated

Here's the honest truth about picking a contractor.

I've worked for many great builders over the years with outstanding quality work, I could give you a list of a dozen different people to call that I would trust in my home. The trick to a really successful project though, is finding a builder who you can develop a good rapport with. The better you get along with them, the better quality the work will be and the closer to you vision it will be when completed.
If your nervous about getting a bad contractor make sure you get permits, and ask for an itemized list of expenses with the delivery of each progress payment. Just understand that if you get a list of expenses that material mark up is how contractors make most of their profit.
