I have an RR spoiler from kplayground made of abs plastic that I need to be painted. It's a 4 piece spoiler, but the top middle piece is going to be covered in CF vinyl so I only need the 2 side pieces and bottom middle piece painted.
I have already sanded and primed the
bottom middle piece, it's ready for the base coats. 3 layers of flexible surface primer was used along with 200-400 grit.
One
side piece has also been sanded and has 3 layers of primer, however there are spots where the plastic has been moulded together which need to be filled in.
The
other side piece has not been primed or sanded or anything.
NOTE that the primer hasn't been wetsanded for a smooth finish, the primed surface is still a little bit rough
My paint code is NH756P Honda Spectrum White Pearl, and it's a tricoat process.
I already have quotes from a few places, just seeing if anyone on revscene is able to help me out with a more reasonable offer
If it helps make it cheaper, I can install it myself. I just mainly need it painted.
It'd also be great if you can help me wrap my top middle piece of the wing in cf vinyl, I already have a sheet of 3m di noc that's bigger than what's needed.
