Not sure on the name but it's on Kent, very close to the City Dump Yard.

It's a place where Vancouver landscapers and others pick up soil, gravel, small crushed rocks etc.

it is not cheap, so if you know anyone else that need some, you can make a bigger order and split cost. We did that and split cost with neighbour

The cost of the product is usually based on yards/tonnage - trucking is what makes buying more, more cost effective.
