Don't login.
At the login screen, on the right there is a link that says activate my card. Use that link and fill it out accordingly.

^Next Tuesday? At Canada Place? If so maybe you could shed some light as to where the office is lol

EDIT:

I went there today;

Just enter the Main Convention Centre (old one). Walk straight pass the information kiosk at the entrance and then on your left there's a narrow hallway. Go down that narrow hallway (it's the hallway to enter the convention rooms). It's a long walk but at the end, there is a automatic sliding door. Go through the sliding door and then take a right towards an exhibit (you'll see a wooden wheel on the wall when you enter). Go pass the wheel and on your left you will see some stairs painted white. Go down those stairs and you'll see some CBP agents in front of the entrance.

Good luck!

I parked where this yellow corvette is. Its only for 30 mins parking.

How long after the interview would you get the card? (assuming you're approved)

racerman88 01-21-2014 07:04 PM

Ours arrived around 7 business days

If you don't bomb the "interview" then you are pretty much approved. You will get a confirmation email a couple days later and then the card in the mail in a couple weeks.

Teriyaki 01-21-2014 08:15 PM

Thanks. Guess it won't be soon enough for an upcoming trip. Interview on 12th, trip down on the 15th. Oh well.

F3 01-21-2014 09:53 PM

Roughly how long does it take for them to review your application before you're eligible for an interview?

I applied on Nov 21 2013, got condition approve and schedule interview on first week on Jan 2014

m3thods 01-22-2014 07:01 AM

I got my email after 8 weeks. Right on New Years Day. Applied on Halloween.

How many Nexus lanes does Pacific Highway Crossing has? and how many for Peace Arch?

The amount of people have Nexus have increased, they probably need to turn one regular and added to Nexus haha

saveth 01-22-2014 08:36 AM

They both have one each.

TypeRNammer 01-22-2014 09:27 AM

At the Peace Arch, when the Nexus Lane really starts to back up then they will open an additional Nexus Lane.

m3thods 01-22-2014 09:39 AM

^This. But I've only seen it when the regular lane is 2+ hours and the Nexus is backed up something like 30 mins. Doesn't happen that often.

fishCak3s 01-22-2014 10:17 AM

I've gone through the truck lanes a few times when the Nexus lane at Pacific crossing was backed.

Gamed 01-22-2014 10:36 AM

I guess waiting at NEXUS lane for 30 minute is reasonable when regular lanes are 2 hours. Any minutes more waiting, they need to do something about it.

Nexus at PR is always not bad of wait, while I roll in regular lanes and watch those who have NEXUS with their packages/gas and rolling back home. So jelly, but I will soon have Nexus too!

IMASA 01-27-2014 06:59 PM

Does anyone know if the Canada Place location has the iris scanner?

Jet 01-28-2014 07:44 AM

I got a question about returning back to Canada in a car using a Nexus lane, so you go up and do the usual scan the card and talk to the border guard, you verbally do a declaration of the amount of goods, say ~$300 for 2 people and it was only a day trip so technically you have to pay duty on everything that isn't exempt ... is it a guarantee that you will have to go in and pay thru Nexus or is it a hit or miss like the normal lineups where they can just wave you through?

Gamed 01-28-2014 08:00 AM

I think you suppose to pre fill a declaration form prior coming back to Canada otherwise you can only verbally declare using regular lanes
