what to eat before work I just recently got a job and it demands a lot of my energy. I have eight hour shifts, and I get tired already after four. There isn't much of a chance for me to eat dinner during work, so I go eight hours without much food aside from water. What can I eat before going to work to give me that strength and energy to go on through the day and After work so I'm not overly exhausted. All feedback is appreciated, thanks ! |

buy a magic bullet and make a super breakfast shake and mix whatever you like: -oats -milk -eggs -whole wheat bread -peanut butter -protein powder -cereal also bring snacks to work: -nuts -yogurt -multigrain bars -fruit |
have you tried those protein meal bars...they are supposed to have all the nutrients you need, they taste great and they should keep you full (if not, just drink lots of water!!) |
