Yes, most of the gold has made it back to Kings Landing. The carriages that you see on fire were mainly previsions and crops from High Garden.
It is important to note that in the beginning of the episode, that the Iron Bank dude was asking Cersi if she wanted to do another loan after the previous debt is paid. In the episode, Cersi said yes and that she will like to take out another loan from the Iron bank and purchase the Golden Company. Golden Company is essentially an army of 10,000 men for hire.
Actually in season 5, Davos advised Stannis to hire the Golden Company to fight against the Lannisters but Stannis refused.
After she finds out that her army were all BBQ'd, she will def need to get another loan from the iron bank to hire the Golden Company to replenish her army.
