Anyways, I saw on another forum that the people that haven't read the book are called "unsullied" haha ... we should have a thread that ONLY have show watchers and one thread for book readers. I have not touched the books and am looking forward to next season! Can't believe I have to wait 8 more months!

You know when Dany locked up the 2 dragons ... my first thought was "oh no, they were pretty tame and loyal pets, now they are gonna be PISSED!" ... IMO that was a bad idea, now she will have zero dragons under her control. Before she controlled the 2 smaller ones with love as the "mother" but once she chained them up, the dragons be like "wtf?"

I mean if I had 3 children and the oldest one became a serial killer, I'm not gonna automatically lock up the younger 2... if anything that will make them more fucked up.

It's different when you're also responsible for your subjects, as Dany is. You can either lock up your 2 dragons, or lose your kingdom via revolt.

Given all Dany wants is to "take what's her's", she chose the prior. As you said it, the other 2 dragons seem pretty tame and almost pretty timid. They may not have it in them to revolt against mommy.

but now what if the 2 younger dragons don't listen to her anymore because she chained them up? She will have no dragons, which was basically what makes or breaks her.
Everyone was scared of her dragons, not her. If she has to have them chained up at all times, and won't listen to her when she frees them, what's the point?

I went to PNE on Sunday around 4pm and couldn't get into the GoT exhibit, horrible planning and communication on PNE's part. :mad:
Apparently they were handing out "time slot tickets" in the morning first-come-first-serve, and hit max capacity by 3pm. The people holding the tickets were to walk around for 3-4 hours until their slot was open.

So basically if you planned to go to the fair to check out their MAIN feature, first they don't tell you anything at the gate. Then when you pay your admission ticket to go inside PNE, THEN they tell you Game of Thrones is sold out. :seriously: :2finger:

So for the people that did get in, how was it?

The GoT thing was only good for sitting on the throne. The Oculus Rift thing is a complete joke. You line up close to 30-40 minutes just to 'experience' a 60 second clip of you standing in an elevator as it ascends the wall. The show props were kinda cool, but they don't even have everything there. They didn't even have Longclaw or the Needle there!

How long was the wait for the throne?

Probably 20 minutes or so? The throne is the first thing you see when you go inside. They stagger in the people that are inside so it shouldn't be too bad, because there's an employee that stands at the entrance that can see how long the line for the throne is.
