I don't think it's a coincidence that The Red Cunt went back to the wall just in time for Snow to be killed. The only way the Nights Watch oath is settled is upon death. Also didn't the Red Bitch say "The Boy must die before the Man can live."? Now Snow will be able to do what he actually wants to do. I can see Snow rallying the Wildlings behind him now (The Watch obviously don't want them there) and turning into the King of North.

whatever happened to arya's sword instructor that ned hired? last scene i remember was kingsguard closing in on him when all he had was a stick and the scene cut out with arya escaping. is his story done?

that's what i figured...seemed like an interesting character so i was hoping he somehow miraculously survived...he kept saying he was some king's #1 sword so i figure there was more to him.
