anyone given this a shot? saw some at XS cargo for 30 bucks..
i know a coworker that has one in his office, he loves it, has buff toned arms. he says he just uses it to maintain his arms, keep some strength in them. but i wanna know your guys thoughts on it?

my thoughts: its a great tool but youre not going to get ripped just using it. i prefer the p90x chin up bar as its just hang and go but with the perfect pullup you gotta put screws into your door and you cant really move it from door to door.

^different ways to hang on with chins/pull ups work different parts of your body. for example, real wide forward palms works lats.

perfect pull up is probably the best fitness equipment you can get out there i think...there's a lot of different combination of exercises you can do on them etc. Easy assembly and good results (if you're training upper body)

almost any push or pull uses your shoulders at least as a secondary
