I slept in and was an hour late for my first day at a new job once, I can only assume it was because I turned off the alarm without realizing it. That night I went out and bought a second alarm clock and I've never had a problem since, redundancy works.

there was the DST alarm bug for recurring alarms. but because of 1/1/11 the non repeating ones are affected now.

I also posted this in the iPhone 4 thread. I noticed the date on my iPhone didn't change when it hit the new years. Even though the time was correct, the date was stuck on dec 31st. I rebooted the phone then the date changed.

It could be a conflicting app...

I remember on my N95 i had a Remote Control App that used the Infared of the phone but for some reason it would mess up the Clock Alarm (there would be no sound)

i know different phone different software but...

smk 01-02-2011 02:45 AM

If you guys set the alarm to "Repeat" and check off all the days, it will work...

Yup that fixes it. So far it's stopped working on Iphone 4, 3GS, and ipod touch so I assume it's on all platforms using touch screen.
Supposedly back to normal after the 3rd.

and yes, it pays to have redundant alarms around your room.
