You want bigger thighs to fit clothes better? Not to sure I understand that.

I'm going to assume you want bigger Quads?

Why exactly do you want bigger Thighs and not bigger Hamstrings as well?

Lol it's not going to happen overnight and by the time you actually fit the jeans you could have bought a pair that fit your legs right now.

That being said though you need size to get size you need to workout.

Squats, Hammstring curls, and Leg Extensions are the key things to work on. Also doing weighted Lunges works well.

Another fun one is squat jumps to do around the gym. I do it holding a weight out in front of me and frog jumping across the gym.

You don't need much space... just enough for 4-5 jumps then turn around and go the other way. Make sure you jump from Squat to Squat.

Dude I'm the other way around, got thunderthighs and it takes forever to get a pair of jeans, you should be somewhat glad you don't have huge thighs/quads (from a clothing perspective).

squats and leg extensions.

dead lifts are great! they are also one of the best exercises to improve overall mass.

but a word of caution. pls do them CORRECTLY! Proper form is very important

if you want to gain size.. you are going to have to eat alot as well as doing exercises.. working out is 80% diet and 20% exercise
