The serving size for 1MR is like 2.5-3 servings of Neurocore lol
I take about 2-2.5 heaping scoops of Neurocore in 180mL of water. Super concentrated

Oh, and why do people bash on 1,3 DMA? What's wrong with it?

Got a NO-Explode sampler in an online order recently... i have been using white flood though which provides a good focus i find, no jitters or anything..

but anyways i tried the no explode and the scooper is about 10x larger than white floods, but i read the instructions and all seemed correct, so 1 scoop mixed with water 30 mins prior to workout, and mixed one scoop with water for during workout...

well about 10 minutes into the workout (doing chest) i was super jacked, i was hyped right up, arms and hands were shaking, i couldnt stand still, i was pumped up!!! it was so extremely over the top i felt like i was on drugs. but it was to the point where my arms were shaking so much during dumbell press i actually couldnt lift.

so moral of my reveiw... i dont think ill be taking it for working out ever again, but might have a scoop pre club on the weekend? lol

anyone have problems sleeping after taking pwo?

hit the gym at like 8 or 9. norm ill be sleeping by 1130 or 12, but the past two days ive been sleeping at 2-3.

i was taking wired before, now im on assault and i got this problem

what would you guys recommend for a "wake up" after work

up at 5:30, work from 7-5, home by 6:30 and don't feel like doing shit all when i get home

i walk all day long, up and down stairs...normally tired as shit when i get home but i want to start hitting the gym again but i'm just too tired

i don't need any too crazy with super jacked up shit, just something to give me an energy boost when i get home and before the gym

Ok so I've tried a Razor 8 (half scoop) recently and Assault fruit punch (full serving) today and can now compare.

Razor 8 (half serving)- Felt jittery and was jumping around a lot between sets. Comparable to drinking lots of coffee. Very high peak and then came down very hard afterwards. Had it in the morning and took about 45 mins to kick in. After 5 hours I felt like doing nothing. Was not able to lift heavier or increase volume.

Assault (full serving) - Took 30mins to kick in. Less of a peak but I could feel tingling in my legs and increased blood flow and heart rate. I was able to lift really heavy even at the end of my workout which was awesome. Hammer curls 40lbs instead of 35lbs. I find the up and down is way less dramatic than Razor 8. Less jittery. It did not give me more energy as I went for a short run after my work out and ran out of energy quickly. I did feel a little dizzy/nausea right at the end of my workout. Big side effect was that I wanted to fuck like crazy. I am guessing testosterone is ramped up. No problems with mood/impatientness. Also a note that I have been very thirsty in the hours following my workout.

I would do Assault again. Very little side effects and was able to lift heavier!

I need to find this Assault stuff, sounds decent. Any recommendations for a good creatine? I prefer capsule form and water retention doesn't concern me. The stuff I'm using now is garbage.

dont use capsule creatine, get a any monohydrate mix with juice or green tea in mornings

Honestly I don't know. It was a sample from Popeyes here in Victoria and I don't know how old the stock was.

I'm using this which is $21.99 on Bodybuilding. It has creapure in it and a nice blend of other kinds of creatine. Actually seeing some minor strength gains (an extra rep or two here and there), but not sure if I'm just getting stronger
