2nd time trying Razor 8 half serving went very well. Had a good idea what to expect this time. Had me ramped up for my entire workout. Super sets no problem. Does not increase endurance but for 1hr I could feel no pain.
Crashed hard after 5 hrs and just wanted to sleep. (Took it at 4:30pm)

Tried SP 250 raspberry lemonade mixed with the last little bit of my Assault. Best tasting pre workout drink I've ever had lol. Assault flavor was blue artic raspberry

How would you compare the effects of the old formula vs the new formula?
I've got this version:  (older I believe correct me if I'm wrong)

I've noticed a huge difference in effect when it comes to empty stomach/full stomach dosing of assault. I find I get a better energy boost when it comes to using it in the morning without any food except a banana. After about 30 minutes my hands and fingers start to tingle and that's when I book it to the gym. Took a dose after dinner tonight and didn't have the energy, but was focused.

old label vs new label  
most glaring fact is they pulled almost all of the b12 out of it, and it was Methylcobalamin b12 too which is the top of the line b12 and replaced it with lower quality b12.
the new label lists how much of each of their proprietary blends are in it now where the old one doesnt so its tough to see what that change is.
heres the old superpump250 label for comparison 
it had a TON of low quality b12

It looks pretty much the same to me... Less B12 but you could just pop a pill for that. I doubt you'd miss it.
IMO the only things a pwo NEEDS to have is caffeine, bcaa, and something for dat dere pump. Anything else seems superfluous to me, because the ingredient amount is usually so low. Posted via RS Mobile | |

I'm still supporting razor8. Been thru SP, 1mr, and R8. 1mr is good, but I got too many headrushes after squats or deadlifts. SP was ok at first, but eventually my body needed more and more. With R8, not as jittery as 1mr, no headrush, and puts a jolt in my ass every time.
Tried one scoop of assult, will prolly pick up a bottle when I'm ready to lift heavier. Posted via RS Mobile | |

Assault old and new formula not a big difference imo

I find the new formula of Assault to kick in faster but the old formula did feel stronger though.
Either or the new one is fine by me.

new formula of assault gives me more of a focused lifting session, old formula made me feel like i should rip my shirt apart before i do a set like hulk hogan  but both is fine by me.

Just tried Assault for the first time having been off pre-workout supps for a little over 2 months. I was having trouble getting warm and pumped at the gym.... and today I had sweat running down my legs and beading on my arms and forehead. Epic.

i dont know how people can take 1mr it was way to intense for me, nearing the end of my workout i always started to get sick
assault and glycergrow have been my go to for quite some time and i see no need to change.
new formula feels less intense than the older formula but still gives great energy for the work out
