My current nootropics stack CDP Choline Piracetam Sulbutiamine Vinpocetine L-Tyrosine Some herbs and shit as well Gotu Kola Bacopa ac-11 aka cats claw "5000" Need to find a good PWO to go along with this i was going to try focus xt but it has choline bitarate & huperzine a in it and i have most of the ingredients. |
wut do you really need all the Piracetam, Sulbutiamine, Vinpocetine and anyone else has the feeling of eyes kind of getting sore after craze? not sure if sore but something like that.. |

Tried craze today.. And I gotta say, that shit craye! Dunno if it was my mind playing tricks on me, or it really works. I didn't feel a big caffeine rush, and my focus was there. Did more cardio then usual, sweated more, and if it wasn't for being in a rush, I woulda stayed longer. So far so good. Gonna try SP Max in a few days to compare. |
Just tried a scoop of craze today also. It was pretty good. Kept me focus and in the zone. I wasn't jittery at all. You guys hyped it so much. I was expecting it to be like mdma. |

How often do you take craze or your preworkout. i got a high tolerance and dont want to get used to it so i usually take it 2 days a week to not get used to it. |

Err just read this thread. So Craze = Amphetamines? Sucks cause I can't really touch pre-workout stuff anymore, so I just take some vitamins in the morning, my daily dose of dexedrine and just hit the gym hard. |
MJ see if you can fit choline and oxiracetam into your regimen. They are neither MAOI nor SSRI so should be OK. Not stimulatory per se, but can stimulate the mind. |
^i'll just double check with the psych. I heard magnesium supplements are good too. Edit: Just read I can get it from eggs and fatty meats. I'll add a hardboiled egg to my breakfast. Where can you get the oxiracetam in vancouver? Is it pricey? Seems worth a try. |
Eggs have choline, but we're talking about 600-900mg of Alpha GPC which is highly absorbable and crosses the blood-brain barrier more easily than food based choline.. that's probably equivalent to about 20-30 eggs worth of acetylcholine in the brain. oxiracetam would probably be really expensive in stores, I would recommend buying it from a place like smartpowders.com |

So Skinny, I picked up some cheap multi vitamins from superstore, and they were trying to clear out some brand of cod liver oil so I managed to get a bottle for 3 dollars. As for choline, I couldn't find it, but It would have been helpful if I knew that vitamin name for (b6?) Supps weren't in this weeks budget so I gotta wait till next payday. |
Choline isn't technically a vitamin. Look for Choline Bitartrate for the cheapest form. Even cheaper would be lecithin but you'd be getting a lot of extra calories to reach a therapeutic dose. Don't overdo it with the cod liver oil, that stuff is almost pure vitamin A, and can build up in your liver quite easily. |
