After slowly losing weight through my daily workout and diet changes I think I need a boost to help me get rid of some of my stubborn belly fat.

So I've started looking at supplements that will help me lose some fat... what do you guys recommend to start off on?

Have you tried exercises that focus on the lower abdominal area and the love handles?

I'm using something called oxy elite pro, so far it help me knock off 7lbs off my weight, but you have to be consistent with your exercise routines and your diet.

My total weight loss since I started to go gym in january until now is close to 15lbs....and I still got another 5lbs to go to lose.

Where'd you buy your OEP and for how much, mudda fugga?

And how do you guys who use E/C stacks dose it? I need to shed some weight off my fat ass :alone:

I bought the OEP from bodybuilding.com, it was in the low 40's from what I remember.

Don't know the exact current price right now.

OEP is still available at Nutraplanet.com for $32US, although I would recommend Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite instead. I felt little to nothing after taking a serving of OEP although I had the opposite result with HHE, I felt more focused, had more energy and my appetite was suppressed. Before trying both I tried doing the E/C stack but after about two weeks I started to get chest pains and could feel my heart tightening up, even after lowering my dose to one serving a day. Looking to try Super HD but I'm gonna cycle off fat burners at least until the end of the month.

I tried shred matrix and it didn't really do much either. OEP isn't too bad, just depends on how you would react to it.

I'll take a look at hydroxycut elite some time in the future.

im the same way, if i take a full scoop of assault i feel sick so i only take half a scoop

does it work? after you took half scoop, did you experience performance gain ( more reps, heavier lifting?) and mental focus?

yea i see noticeable difference especially when cutting, take half get focused and rip shit up at the gym. i still feel the pump when i take it, try playing with the amount of water you mix it with too

thanks, so generally how long you take it before workout? 20min or longer? maybe shorter?

and more water = less rush ? or less water is better

20 to 30 mins before when i start to feel it, its go time

more water i personally feel it less but lately ive just been downing it so it hits pretty quick

just play around with the dosage to your own liking

did it ever make you under-perform? such as lifting less than usual ...

the only times i under-perform is if i take to much and have to leave early because i feel sick

Yup, I feel the muscle growing in my abdomen, but the fat just continues to stack on top of it...

if you're sensitive take 1/8 of a scoop, or 1/4.. but stimulants aren't going to make you lift more instantly, they just help you focus more.. and you can get to the same level by yourself but takes a bit more effort

I would really check your diet...

Cause when I started working out my diet wasn't exactly the greatest.

My stubborn belly fat didn't go away until I changed my diet and doing intense ab exercises.
