After slowly losing weight through my daily workout and diet changes I think I need a boost to help me get rid of some of my stubborn belly fat. So I've started looking at supplements that will help me lose some fat... what do you guys recommend to start off on? |

OEP is still available at Nutraplanet.com for $32US, although I would recommend Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite instead. I felt little to nothing after taking a serving of OEP although I had the opposite result with HHE, I felt more focused, had more energy and my appetite was suppressed. Before trying both I tried doing the E/C stack but after about two weeks I started to get chest pains and could feel my heart tightening up, even after lowering my dose to one serving a day. Looking to try Super HD but I'm gonna cycle off fat burners at least until the end of the month. |
I tried shred matrix and it didn't really do much either. OEP isn't too bad, just depends on how you would react to it. I'll take a look at hydroxycut elite some time in the future. |

yea i see noticeable difference especially when cutting, take half get focused and rip shit up at the gym. i still feel the pump when i take it, try playing with the amount of water you mix it with too |

20 to 30 mins before when i start to feel it, its go time more water i personally feel it less but lately ive just been downing it so it hits pretty quick just play around with the dosage to your own liking |
