Pre workout supps for dummies With all the questions regarding pre workout supplements and who takes what and what does what i have decided to make a sticky. I can vouch for 1MR, the first time I used it, my energy was endless and I only used half a scoop. Be warned though, staying on it too long, as with any pre-workout supp, you'll end up using the full serving and not feeling anything from it anymore. That being said, great workout supp in my opinion. The only cons (for some people) would be slight-moderate jitters before workout. I personally loved them, it let me know the supp was doing its job and that it was time to get to work :D Its currently one of the most potent pre-workout supps on the market. no xplode = 7/10 - Only felt good energy/pump for one week, then it just made me itchy and sweat a lot, will not try it again. blackpowder = 8/10 one of my all time favourites , I cycle one month of 1MR then back to blackpowder. solid energy , pumps , and recovery. 1MR = 9/10 turns me into hulk beastmode , cons: 1,3 dimethyl and you get desensitized if you use it every workout. JACK3D = 8.5/10 same shit as 1MR but less potent, energy was a bit more linear. Next to try : Razor 8. |
After a few weeks of Super Pump, I think I am just not into pre workout stim/pump supplements. Although it does give me a kick in the ass to get to the gym, I am so fucking lethargic and tired after, and I REALLY annoying and cranky on the way home. Usually after a good workout, you want to fuck any female within reach, but on this shit you are looking to kill someone. I will try more carbs pre-workout, and just a bit of caffeine as well. That should be enough. |

When i took 1mr I crashed hard after workout but after a week of taking it I don't feel the crash anymore. |
I personally find that taking pre work outs right before the first set is better than taking it 30-45 mins prior. |

i take controlled labs white flood preworkout and scivation xtend bcaa's during workout. controlled labs golden gains shake post workout. |

so ive taken jack3d for 4 days now ( 1 scoop ) .. and honestly i dont feel a difference ( i dont get the intensity or feeling of domination ) i usually take it 1.5 hrs after i have my lunch and then workout 30-45 mins after today tried it with empty stomach.. and nothing either is it normal for some people to be immune to pre workout supplements? thanks |
That's weird, I find on an empty stomach the stimulants hit me harder and faster Maybe you just don't respond well to them? Do you drink a lot of coffee? If so maybe your body is already desensitized to the caffeine Posted via RS Mobile |

nope barely drink coffee im 156lbs ... never taken pre workout supplement before should i up the scoops? i dont even crash after my workout as of right now its like drinking a nice fruity juice.. that really has no effect on me ha |
