How many squat racks, is there a platform, and what do the DBs go up to? |
someone name all the special facilities they have.. like boxing ring etc?? |
Figured I'd answer my own questions: -there are 2 squat racks; 1 half, and the other full -the DBs go up to 120 LBs -there is no platform for deadlifting |
they also have a full compliment of kettle bells, a spin room and a general stretch/yoga room. They will not have punching bags. What are you guys paying? The girl offered 90 initiation fee and $50/month. It drops to $45 after 2 years for the basic package. For the tier 1 package with all the classes it's a $120 fee and $60/month dropping to $55 after 2 years. The pricing scheme is nothing compared to Fitness World where it's $40/month for 2 years dropping to $20. The girl wouldn't budge on price so I'll be sticking to Golds where I pay $30/month. Also, zero hotties |

Paying 29/mth + waived initiation fee since me and my girl signed up. Posted via RS Mobile |
Whoa parking is disgusting after 3. You literally has no space to park and if you do its tight as hell. Will probably not go at this time anymore. Do you guys know when it will be empty/less busy? Also, bring your own locks. Free locker to use! |
early morning - to the afternoon and before 2pm? I lefted at 2pm, and there was plenty of parking evenings is pretty bad too |
How much is the price to join now? |
yea im gonna go at 6 in the morning tmr. fuck it lol. i think its 39/month now and some bs joining fee. but you can prolly haggle your wat through. anyone seen the asian receptionist in the gym. shes cute. :troll: |
No she's invisible. They are all invisible. |
That's ridiculous. Considering how cheap Club 16 is. IMO, Club 16 and Sports Nash Fitness is on the same calibre in what they have to offer, except Nash charges like 3-4 times the price. |
What is club 16? |
^ a fitness gym that trevor linden opened up Dont know their locations, but theres one in poco |
Club 16 in poco is garbage Posted via RS Mobile |
They are making a club 16 in highgate area. Their prices are hella cheap but that way the gym is always packed with the lower class people of that area.. dont know if i want that hmm |
A gym is a gym, you go there to workout, and to improve your health, not to go there to be seen or be involved with groupie shit while taking up time and space on exercise equipment that others are waiting to use. A gym is not a place to social. If being seen or "in" is that important to you, go sign up at Steve Nash Sports Club. |
