4 Stock OEM wheels from my 02 Honda Accord coupe.
Bolt pattern: 4 x 114.3
Tires: P195/65R15
Will fit 98-02 Accord, for other fitment you will have to look it up.
These were rarely ever used, as I had aftermarket setup, tread still has the small nubs on it (see pic) and the rims are mint.

Sorry, but I don't know what the offset for these wheels is. It's whatever it was supposed to be for a stock 02 Honda Accord 4cyl coupe. I don't want to guess and give you the wrong info.
