^if you end up deciding not to get money from it, London Drugs apparently takes ANYTHING that isnt food. just found this out last saturday. old computers, tv, furniture, etc.

one of the salesman there said with emphasis, EVERYTHING... so im assuming old car parts too xD

EDIT: oops, forgot to mention, go to their customer service counter to drop off this stuff.

I've called around lately cause I have a car that needs to be picked up. I haven't actually found someone who will give me money OR do it for free. Lowest I've gotten is paying $40 for them to take it away.

Mind you mine is basically a unibody sitting on the frame rails

OP: Recently had to tow 2 scrap cars from workplace and called AA-Waynes Towing. Completely free for removal.
Free scrap car removal and willing to pay for certain parts, as advertised on yellow pages.
We just had to tow it so I dont know how much they pay for parts but most of the time these companies are specific on whats worthy.
You'll have to check yourself.

Good service and towguy was courteous and on-time.
Owner is Wayne and towguy was Allen.

Good luck

Can someone confirm that London Drugs actually takes old car parts, I have 4 blown struts, a couple tires and a old 9 inch rear end sitting around.. I can't imagine walking up to customer service and dropping the parts on their counter.
