Property Management

Hey all,

My current property manager is going to retire this year and I'm on the hunt for a new one. So with that in mind, does anybody have suggestions? Has anyone used Advent property management before?

Thanks!

depends how big your strata? aparment is? if you guys want to pay for quality? then go crosby? they are all right, but really snobby (reminds me of holt renfrew) Doe your residency have a lot of chinese people? because they might prefer a chinese property manager? I mean you could try others, as well, but remember quality over quanitity when you pick property managers : )

Sorry, I meant in terms of someone handling my rental properties. Should've been more specific.

Profile Properties manages our strata, they've done pretty well for us over the years. PM me if you want the info for the person that handles us.

I manage 34 units in Nanaimo but for my Condo and my family's properties on the mainland we use Chi-Fu Chen. Has done a great job. Tell him Mark, Mike Sadhra's brother sent you.
