local 3-4 day trip?
I want to go on a small trip with my gf feb 17. my budget is about 300-400$ per person. anywhere but victoria. Any suggestions?

B&B on one of the Gulf Islands?

Some of the B&B's on Mayne Island or Saltspring Island are very nice, as are the ones on Whidbey Island in Washington State.
We stayed at Oceanwood on Mayne Island. Very relaxing!

On Whidbey Island, we stayed at the Anchorage Inn. The owners were simply the best, and breakfast was amazing! We stayed in the Discovery Room, and it was very comfy.
