Is the minimum player count to start changed yet?
No one waits around the server for it to fill up because you need so many ppl before you can actually start. Ive come across a couple servers that start with only 2 ppl in total.

U actually can do it yourself.
equip eod, plant it, suicide, respawn with the repair.
u should hide the EOD though because assholes like to kill it.
I stopped doing it because keep getting kicked LOL
edit: now still doesnt make sense how he has 8 million award score.

holy fucken shit, i just played the most stack team ever.
and my team was a bunch of noobs....
Seinna crossing 16 out of 16 people were assault and support.
The tank just walked in and rolled.
no one was watching their backs and we kept getting flanked
ended up 3 - 15 rage quit
