even though it sounded superior to COD, is it just me or did most of the guns in BF3 sounded the same? I like the pop the RPG gives off though
i also noticed cod always seem to have an increased rate of fire haha

Do you guys know if there are any servers where it's air combat only?
There are servers where they do instant air spawn, but it only spawns after the one in air is dead (so always max 4 jets and 2 heli or something, and the rest are on foot).
I'd love it if there is a game where it's just 100% dogfight

i also noticed cod always seem to have an increased rate of fire haha | It's the echo, the gun firing sounds themselves are pretty distinct but they all sound similar because the bullet crack and echo wind up drowning it out, imo.
I'm actually pretty upset at how they did sound in BF3, it's a lot harder to use sound to locate enemies than BC2 and other shooters. I don't want to have to look at the minmap all the time for a target I could have acquired by hearing alone. The original sounds get drowned out by all the environmental effects they add to it. Partly why the gun firing sounds wind up sounding similar.
And in game, almost everyone uses suppressors which is fucking retarded.

k2_alpha and I put on a clinic this weekend. In one game of RUSH I think he got over 50 kills and I went 47-8. Only two of us and we got Ace Squad round after round  | |

anyone finding on the ps3 the game freezes the system completely? i've had it happen several times in between games and i find that if i dont log in to PSN before starting the game it will also freeze.
a little disappointed at this and it's starting to get annoying.

well, i popped BF3 into the 360 last night again for a couple hours
i ended up playing like your supposed to, and not like i can when im mw'ing shit up
had a blast, so is there a RS bf3 360 squad yet? you PSn and PC guys have teams already it seems

cater to your strengths, I'm way better on infantry maps like Metro, Seine crossing, and Bazaar vs Caspian and Firestorm. So sometimes I like to on a 24/7 Conquest metro server and get 5k+ a round where I'm usually top 3. ^ was just playing Rush on that really closed in town one (lots of tall buildings with windows and tight alleys), i was on the defending team and i musta lit up 7 guys from the same squad coming through the same door with my 249 on a bi-pod
