Some of us don't have the space or money for an optimized gaming rig that doesn't lag. And I'd rather kick back on a reclineable couch than spend money on a "good" computer chair. Yes you get the precision of a mouse, but it's hard to justify playing PC when most of your friends are on consoles. I understand having a high end PC if you actually use it for things other than gaming (ie. photography, jobs), but for people like me who use a laptop mainly for internet and basic-level games, it's not worth dropping the coin on a desktop.
I don't get why PC players almost always sling mud at console players, yet I barely see it the other way around. So what if they had to cut down the game to stay within parameters? Having more players on a map just opens it up for bullshit like RPG's that blot out the sun. The base of the game is still the same.
pornmater you fail so fucking hard bro... First of all Keyboard>Mouse?? Are you even thinking before type? PC will always be > Xbox for FPS IMO especially when even the dev admitted to the consoles being watered down versions of the PC version.

^^ PC gaming maybe on resurgeance but Consoles (both ps3 and xbox) have very large install base, EA would have been a fool to neglect and ignore the "watered down" versions especially when they are competing with COD, which established its name more on consoles since COD4
thus why BF3 sold more on consoles than the PC version
like everyone else here have said before, not everyone is tech savvy or has the money to upgrade their comp, or grew up playing mouse and keyboard
console was an ideal platform because it was simple

I think you guys misread him: He's buying it for PC, but wants to know if he should use PC controls, or use his Xbox360 controller + a PC dongle.
I would advise that you set up your plane flight setup for x360 controller, and the rest for keyboard. It is a massive bitch trying to use your mouse to pull up and roll properly; the x360 controller will do my better for all of that.

I never once said consoles were better than PC in that post. I was merely showing that your statement was incorrect.

Excuse me, but my res is set for 1920 x 1200.
If i had a 27", then it would be double the res of a console.
