| How to make server position look good on University application?
Hi everyone! I've been a server (and buffet runner) at a private golf course for almost 3 years, and I was wondering how I could make it look really good as part as my university application. The application asks how I demonstrate leadership and teamwork (business). Any suggestions would be nice!

"In the past 3 years, I have spent 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, leading the finest team anyone could Imagine. Through the day and night, rain and snow, we have marched into and through our adversaries. I was a server, and the food was my Team. I led them to their watery brownish earthy toned death; their bodies disrespected in the most humiliating of ways. It was and still is, a never ending war between my team, our patrons, and the great white porcelain sea god. A mad free for all, with our patrons devouring my team, and depositing them as speedy organic missiles in an attempt to finally crack the great white porcelain oppressor. Alas, the freedom me and my team dreamed of was never achieved, and the great porcelain god was never thwarted or cracked. However, in the face of great opposition and an insurmountable obstacle, we pressed on. My leadership helped keep morale and hopes high. The skills I learned in my years as a server and a leader have surely made me the man I am today. I hope to attend your university and once again showcase my leadership skills. As king Leonidas lead the spartan 300, I led my men into battle.
