Photoshop is one of the best and widely used photo editing software.. running an i5 would be worth it...
im running an E8500 on my desktop with 4gb ram and i find it slow for some reason...
If OP opted for the i3, i would suggest swapping to an
SSD drive for better speeds instead of getting the i5
